No to a Cease-Fire with Hamas!

By Moshe Feiglin

Quiet in exchange for quiet or another round of ‘understandings’ mean only one thing: Victory for Hamas and loss for Israel. Israel needs a decisive victory that will eliminate the threat of missiles flying into its neighborhoods from Gaza. A cease-fire after all of our major cities have been bombarded with missiles invites the next battle – at a much worse starting point.
But a decisive win in Gaza alone will not determine the final outcome of the battle. Israel’s determination in the face of the Arab enemy and our willingness to defeat them and triumph is tested daily in the heart of our capital – the Temple Mount. As long as we allow the representatives of our enemy to control the Temple Mount, Judaism’s most sacred site, we will continue to nurture their hope to defeat us.
