The Shamrak Report: Jews also Have Human Rights!

Hundreds of Tel Aviv residents protested on Saturdaynight outside Supreme Court Chief Justice Miriam Naor's home in Jerusalem.
The demonstration was held in protest of the Supreme Court's ruling that illegal African infiltrators cannot be forced to leave, and cannot be imprisoned for refusing to leave, even though there are agreements with countries ready to absorb them.
Most of the infiltrators arrived in Israel for economic reasons.
Protesters held signs saying, "Protect Israel as a Jewish and democratic state" and "Jews also have human rights."
Jerusalem's Deputy Mayor Dov Kalmanovich also participated in the demonstration, in order to provide moral support for those gathered outside Naor's home. "We have a lot of anger and complaints about the Supreme Court," Kalmanovich said. "It's time the Supreme Court justices stepped down, and it's time Naor took a look at reality. It's time the Supreme Court understood that the suffering of the Jewish nation is of higher priority than the suffering of infiltrators and Palestinians."
On Thursday, Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu toured southern Tel Aviv's neighborhoods, and promised to work to return the infiltrators to Africa. "We are here on the mission to bring the citizens of Israel back to south Tel Aviv. I listened to all the residents, and what I hear is pain and distress," Netanyahu said. "The residents of south Tel Aviv have become refugees in their own country."
FOOD for THOUGHT by Steven Shamrak
Have you heard of the Stockholm syndrome? People who are suffering from Stockholm syndrome sympathize with and care for their captors, mainly subconsciously, in their desperate attempt of self-preservation. After almost 2,500 year of persecution by Greeks, Romans, Christians and Muslims there are so many Jews who are suffering from the Stockholm syndrome or ‘appeasement’ of their enemies – we call it Galut or shtetl mentality! This is the main reason why many Jews have been supporting anti-Israel and anti-Zionist agenda of the enemies, fake Palestinians, and their invented rights. Another manifestation of this Jewish characteristic is when Jews convert to other religions due to deeply embedded self-hate!
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu pledged that his government will never evacuate another settlement, issuing the promise days after he met with a US delegation to discuss restarting the peace process with the PA. “This is the inheritance of our ancestors,” he said. “This is our land." “We’ve uprooted settlements. What did we get? We received missiles. It will not happen again.” (Let hope that this time he actually means it! Quite often his words and deeds are not in unison.)
Muslim worshippers beat Lod mayor after he demanded a mosque adhere to an agreement not to use loudspeakers at night. 'The police did nothing.' Mayor Yair Revivo was injured early Friday morning in a predawn incident in a Lod mosque that had violated an agreement with the city – and Israeli law – by using loudspeakers in the middle of the night, disturbing residents. (Why are Israeli police only brave against Jewish patriots? Is it because the Israeli legal system, infiltrated by anti-Zionist lefties, only troubles them when they act against fake Palestinians?)
Ambassador Danny Danon announced a “victory for Israel in the Security Council” regarding the adoption of a new resolution forcing the UN peacekeeping mission to act against Hezbollah’s buildup. UNIFIL, the UN’s peacekeeping mission, is now required to expand its reports to the Security Council and take deliberate action against Hezbollah’s violations. (This is another “white wash” - the ‘Useless Nothing” will do nothing, as usual!)
The Supreme Court ruled that the arrangement for the voluntary removal of illegal infiltrators to a third country is a legal arrangement and can continue. However, the judges ruled that since the deportations are voluntary, infiltrators who refuse to be deported to a third country cannot be imprisoned for their refusal. Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked attacked the High Court for ruling against the government’s policy. (Israel's legal system is the biggest obstacle to the national sovereignty! How many more rapes will be necessary for Israeli courts to approve compulsory deportation of illegals? It could be said that Israel’s legal system is the biggest anti-Zionism obstacle in Israel!)
The UN spends 4 times more money per Palestinian refugee than per any other refugee, while having 1 body for dealing with Palestinian refugees and another for the rest. This reinforces Israel's traditional argument against the split between the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), which provides assistance only for Palestinian refugees. In 2016 the UN spent an average of $246 for each of the 5.3 million Palestinians it defines as refugees, while UNHCR spent only $58 per refugee.

A 'Star' is Born

With a wingspan of 16 meters, a massively upgraded airtime capability of up to 30 hours, and a significantly increased load capacity, new 'Kochav' or 'Star', Elbit Hermes 900, drone has been incorporated into Israel’s air force.

UN High Commissioner for Human Rights compiles database of firms doing business in settlements in the West Bank and east Jerusalem, as well as communities in the Golan Heights. Israel and the US strongly oppose the release of such a list and have been waging a long campaign to thwart its publication. Israel's Ambassador to the UN Danny Danon called the list "an embarrassing move," as well as "an expression of modern anti-Semitism reminiscent of dark periods in history." He went on to accuse the UN commissioner for human rights of becoming "the BDS Movement's most active member worldwide"
After Latest Islamist Terror Atrocity in Europe, Israel Touted as Example to Emulate on Security. In the view of numerous observers, European nations have something to learn from Israel when it comes to keeping their citizens safe. British journalist David Patrikarakos wrote in The Spectator, “We are fighting 21st century terrorism with 20th century methods. Nonetheless, more can, and must, be done. One country, above all, has the method and the solution: Israel.” (Will the European anti-Semites ask Jews for help?)
Arab terrorists carry out 222 terror attacks in July, marking the worst month since November 2015. The attacks resulted in the killing of five Israelis, two soldiers and three civilians, and the wounding of seven. This is nearly double the average of 121 attacks per month from January 2016 onward. (For how long this terror war will be tolerated by Bibi and his government? Is “Never Again” already an empty slogan?)
Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman upgraded the municipal status of Hebron’s Jewish community, separating it from the Palestinian municipality. It took 38 years to Hebron's Jewish community to acquire the official status of an independent settlement. The move was necessitated this year after the Palestinians in Hebron elected as their Mayor Sheikh Tayseer Abu Sneineh, who had been convicted and served time for his role in killing six Israelis in a terrorist attack.
The Zionist regime of Israel will not exist in 25 years, the Commander of the Iranian army, Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi said. In December, the country’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei stated that “The Zionist regime -- as we have already said -- will cease to exist in the next 25 years if there is a collective and united struggle by the Palestinians and the Muslims against the Zionists”. A month before his comments, a senior Iranian military commander predicted that Palestinian Arabs would “get rid of Israel” in the next 10 years. (It looks like Israel received a generous 15 years reprieve!)

Why is ‘Racial Justice’ Provocatively Anti-Semitic?

The organizers of an annual Holocaust commemoration that culminates with a procession at the site of the Auschwitz concentration camp in Poland have strongly criticized the forthcoming March for Racial Justice for selecting Yom Kippur - the holiest day in the Jewish calendar - as the date for a show of unity along the National Mall in Washington, DC. “...you have effectively turned your March for Justice into a monumental act of injustice against the Jewish people,” declared Phyllis Greenberg Heideman, the president of the March of the Living.
Quote of the Week:
"I do not intend to cease paying salaries to the families of prisoners and martyrs, even if it means I lose my position. I will continue paying their salaries until my dying day." - Mahmoud Abbas, The PA corrupt Chairman - And the Western international anti-Semites are happy to subsidize it! The US has the policy of not negotiating with terrorists. Therefore, why have all US presidents been pushing and blackmailing Israel into negotiating with the biggest and longest lasting terrorist entity, which uses the fake claim of the fake nation, Palestinians, as an excuse to destroy the only Jewish nation?
Certain “liberal elements” of the American Jewish community have “basically become anti-Israeli,” former White House adviser Sebastian Gorka said in a radio interview.
Gorka said he believes the far-left has attacked him in the media because: “In everything I have ever done I have been a great friend of Israel I have spoken with honestly about the threat of Jihadism in the United States.”
He said his left-wing supporters “told me that this is one of the saddest phenomena of American politics now that liberal, the liberal elements of the American Jewish population has basically become anti-Israeli. It’s the greatest saddest paradox.
You know there are key people such as at The Forward, who are pro-BDS, who are pro-Iran deal. It’s this very tragic phenomena that the people who should be supporting Israel and US-Israel relations the most have really done so much to betray our great friendship with Jerusalem.”
